Become a 988 Lifeline Crisis Center

DO NOT use this application to apply to open positions or volunteer opportunities with the 988 Lifeline. Crisis centers seeking to join the 988 Lifeline network must be certified, accredited, or licensed by an external body. They must have written policies or guidelines addressing referral, training and suicide risk assessment and be willing to participate in Lifeline evaluation activities.
